Vice President of Enterprise Sales Brokerage

About the Role

You will lead and grow the institutional brokerage business by defining and executing enterprise sales strategy. You will identify and engage C-suite decision makers, oversee the full sales cycle, ensure trading execution and risk management, partner with product and engineering to align solutions to client needs, build strategic partnerships, mentor and develop the sales team, and establish KPIs to measure success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics Business or related field
  • Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in brokerage trading or capital markets with at least 5 years in leadership
  • Extensive experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset space highly preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a brokerage or trading business
  • Deep understanding of market structure trading protocols and risk management
  • Strong network of institutional clients and ability to develop new business
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Experience with regulatory compliance

  • Oversee lead generation qualification proposal development negotiations and contract closure
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships
  • Lead mentor and grow a high performing sales team
  • Establish KPIs and report on sales performance
