Vice President of Post Sales

About the Role

You will own and scale the post-sales organization to deliver measurable customer outcomes and profitable growth. You will design and implement tiered support and monetized training programs, build scalable onboarding and adoption infrastructure, and create data-driven systems to measure success. You will lead and coach leaders across Customer Success, Training, Law Enforcement Relations, Solutions Architecture, and related functions, set high standards for deliverables and accountability, and drive change management to ensure fast adoption of new processes.

Requirements

  • Track record scaling ARR from tens to hundreds of millions
  • 8+ years post sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech
  • Experience growing customer bases from hundreds to thousands
  • Proven success monetizing post sales functions and creating new revenue streams
  • Strong background implementing change management at scale
  • Experience leading multiple post sales functions such as Customer Success training and solutions architecture
  • Preferred experience serving both private sector and government customers
  • Preferred background in compliance crypto or financial services technology
  • Preferred track record building premium support and training programs
  • Preferred strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Transform the post-sales motion into a repeatable scalable engine that drives customer outcomes and revenue growth
  • Unify and lead a global post-sales organization spanning Customer Success TRM Academy Law Enforcement Relations Solutions Architecture and Compliance Advisory
  • Design and implement tiered support packages and premium service tiers to monetize training support and professional services
  • Build scalable onboarding onboarding infrastructure and playbooks to support growth from hundreds to thousands of customers
  • Implement change management to roll out new processes rapidly and ensure high adoption
  • Create data-driven systems to measure team performance time-to-value and customer success
  • Establish clear career pathways and growth opportunities across post-sales functions
  • Hire coach and develop high-performing leaders while holding teams to high standards of quality and accountability
