Video Producer

About the Role

You will own the full lifecycle of video content from concept through final cut. You will write scripts, lead shoots, edit footage, and deliver campaign, explainer, and executive videos. You will define the motion identity, collaborate with design and creative partners, manage in-house and external resources, build repeatable workflows and asset libraries, and use engagement metrics to iterate and improve content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of video production experience (technology, fintech, or product storytelling preferred)
  • Strong command of production and post-production tools such as Premiere and After Effects
  • Excellent visual judgment and storytelling instincts
  • Ability to work independently and manage external vendors
  • Passion for clarity, precision and high creative standards

Responsibilities

  • Concept, script, produce and edit video content across campaigns, explainers and interviews
  • Define content goals, storylines and go-to-market strategy with marketing and maintain brand identity through shooting, editing, design and distribution
  • Manage live, recorded, educational, brand, full-length and clipped content
  • Establish the visual language in motion, including pacing, tone and storytelling style
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to maintain consistency across video touchpoints
  • Set direction and manage resourcing for in-house video across channels and events
  • Build workflows and templates for efficient repeatable production
  • Manage archives and asset libraries for reuse and cross-channel distribution
  • Optimize video assets for maximum reuse and impact
  • Use engagement metrics and feedback to guide continuous improvement
  • Test new formats and approaches to keep content fresh and relevant
