Web3 Backend Engineer (Onsite – HCM)
About the Role
You will build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or NestJS. You will integrate with blockchains using Web3.js or Ethers.js and design NoSQL schemas in MongoDB. You will create and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for frontend and smart contract integration, containerize services with Docker and Docker Compose, deploy and monitor systems, and optimize infrastructure for performance and scalability. You will use Git and collaboration platforms to manage code and follow agile workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or NestJS
- Experience with Web3.js or Ethers.js for blockchain interaction
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL schema design
- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for service deployment
- Proficient in Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab
- Intermediate English communication (verbal and written)
- Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City – onsite only, no remote
- 2–5 years of backend development experience
- Experience developing trading systems or financial products is a plus
