Web3 Business Development Manager

About the Role

You will sell user acquisition products to traditional and web3 game developers and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will generate leads via your network and cold outreach, propose tailored acquisition strategies, coordinate campaigns with Product, Marketing and Engineering, provide excellent customer service throughout engagements, give actionable product feedback, and maintain long-term client relationships while staying current with game industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Tech (AdTech Gaming Web3 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of games and the game industry
  • Proven performance in target-driven sales roles
  • Excellent presentation and English communication skills
  • Experience working on remote teams
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous fast-moving environments
  • Web3 native familiarity
  • Fluency with Slack Telegram Discord Notion Asana Google Suite
