Web3 Community Lead
About the Role
You will build and grow Web3 gaming communities by creating engaging content, moderating conversations, and running events. You will respond to member questions and feedback, track community metrics, and report insights. You will coordinate with product, marketing, and development to ensure community needs influence product decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing online communities with focus on Discord Reddit and Facebook
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies including blockchain cryptocurrencies and decentralized applications
- Strong experience in gaming communities especially Roblox and Minecraft
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content and foster a positive community environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure community performance and derive insights
- Experience planning and executing virtual and in-person events
- Proficiency using social media platforms to promote community engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle community issues and conflicts
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage Web3 communities across Discord Reddit and Facebook
- Create and curate engaging content including articles videos and social media posts
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments questions and feedback
- Plan and execute community events such as AMAs webinars and gaming tournaments
- Monitor community metrics and produce regular reports on growth engagement and feedback
- Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to incorporate community feedback
