Web3 Community Manager
About the Role
You will be the face and voice of the project, actively engaging with users across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. You will answer questions, spark discussions, and nurture a welcoming community. You will plan and host community events and AMAs, coordinate with content and marketing to produce community-focused material, gather user feedback to inform decisions, and run partnership outreach with influencers and other communities. You will monitor DeFi and Web3 trends to keep the community informed and engaged.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or engaging with Web3 communities
- Passion for DeFi, crypto trading, and blockchain technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple social platforms and engage consistently
- Proactive mindset with a creative approach to community engagement
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and Web3 tools is a strong plus
- Experience hosting events or AMAs is a bonus
Responsibilities
