Web3 Community Manager
About the Role
You will be the face and voice of the project, actively engaging with users across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit. You will drive conversations, host events and AMAs, gather feedback to inform product and marketing, and collaborate with content and partner teams to expand reach. You will monitor Web3 and DeFi trends and adapt community strategies to keep users informed and engaged.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or engaging with Web3 communities
- Passion for DeFi, crypto trading, and blockchain technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple social platforms consistently
- Proactive mindset and creative approach to engagement
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and Web3 tools is a strong plus
- Experience hosting events or AMAs is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Engage with users on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit

- Manage and maintain consistent engagement across multiple platforms
