Web3 Growth Marketer (Onsite – HCM)
About the Role
You will join crypto Telegram and Discord communities, blend in naturally, and build genuine rapport with members. You will share reports, articles, and updates in an organic way that sparks discussion and drives clicks. You will coordinate with marketing and content to align messaging, track community reactions, and iterate on strategies for better engagement. You will stay current with Web3 trends, memes, and community culture to keep outreach authentic and timely.
Requirements
- Be based in Ho Chi Minh City and work onsite
- Fluent English, especially strong writing skills
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and group dynamics
- Strong social skills and communication; able to read the room
- Creative, strategic, and subtle approach to sharing versus shilling
- Bonus: experience in community management, crypto Twitter, or creating viral memes/posts
- Bonus: experience developing trading systems or financial-related products
