About the Role
You will define and execute go-to-market strategies for product and token launches, craft clear product messaging and launch materials, and manage social channels to grow engagement. You will create and publish educational and campaign content, engage with communities and partners, track campaign performance, and iterate on messaging and formats based on data.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in product marketing social media strategy or communications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of launchpads DeFi and token based ecosystems
- Proven success in building brand engagement and community growth through digital campaigns
- Excellent writing storytelling and content creation skills for technical and retail audiences
- Familiarity with crypto social channels and tools including Discord management X Twitter analytics Notion and Figma
- Data driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign results and optimizing for engagement
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and token launches
- Craft product messaging positioning and narratives for B2B and B2C audiences
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on launch milestones and deliverables
- Produce go-live materials including blog posts announcements infographics and investor updates
- Gather post-launch performance insights and community feedback to refine GTM approaches
- Lead presence across X Telegram Dune and Discord ensuring consistent storytelling
- Develop and maintain a content calendar highlighting milestones updates and insights
- Create and publish engaging educational and market-relevant content
- Engage with community members partners and thought leaders to strengthen visibility
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to boost awareness and engagement
- Support integrated campaigns across social newsletter community PR and partnerships
- Collaborate with design to develop visuals and multimedia content
- Track KPIs on engagement growth and conversion and provide actionable insights
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution methods to maximize reach
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and marketing touchpoints
- Partner with research and investment to translate complex insights into narratives
- Contribute creative ideas for ecosystem initiatives market reports and educational campaigns
