Web3 Social Media Manager
About the Role
You will lead, develop, and execute social media strategies and daily content for assigned clients. You will write in multiple voices, tailor messaging across platforms, and maintain a strong pulse on web3 events and trends. You will coordinate closely with PR, Content, Community, Marketing, and Growth to align campaigns, operationalize scheduling/posting/replying systems, and run initiatives like Twitter Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and growth campaigns. You will use social analytics and marketing tools to identify weaknesses and drive measurable growth for client brands.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a social media role creating copy and content, ideally within an agency setting
- Experience overseeing and launching social media campaigns (crypto experience a bonus)
- Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills
- Strong client relations and collaboration skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and positively influence team members
- Desire to work in web3 and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong understanding of the web3/crypto space and affiliation with an on-chain community
Responsibilities
- Manage the social media strategy, operations, and execution for 3-5 clients
- Oversee assigned clients’ daily social media output
- Develop social strategy and proactively ideate new social opportunities for clients
- Create and maintain account management systems to operationalize scheduling, posting, and replying
- Plan and execute owned marketing campaigns in collaboration with PR, Content, and Growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, events, community, marketing, and growth to align content
- Leverage data and social media marketing tools to analyze weaknesses and grow brands
- Strategize, operate, and execute Twitter Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and growth campaigns
- Stay on top of technology trends and announcements across the web3 ecosystem
- Write copy across multiple voices tailored to platform and client branding
