Website Marketing Manager

About the Role

You will own and optimize the company web presence across domains. You will plan and execute web strategy, build and improve landing pages, and implement SEO and conversion rate optimization tactics. You will monitor site health and performance, run keyword research and competitive analysis, and use analytics to improve user experience and funnels. You will manage CMS platforms, publishing workflows, and relationships with external developers or contractors while ensuring accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in website or digital marketing roles, preferably in crypto/blockchain, fintech, or SaaS
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end CMS platforms (Builder.io, Webflow, Sanity) and tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Experience with HTML and CSS and the ability to work effectively with design and development teams
  • Deep understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth through web optimization, lead generation, and funnel conversion
  • Technical expertise with SEO, performance marketing, and tokenized product positioning in blockchain and finance sectors
  • Strong attention to detail and experience writing and editing web copy for clarity, compliance, and engagement
  • Bonus: experience working on web3 product marketing or launching token-related landing pages

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic planning, execution, and performance of securitize.io, including the organic search strategy
  • Build and maintain high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and opportunity sizing to drive organic growth
  • Monitor site health and performance (indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals) and implement fixes and improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, and Design to ensure messaging accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage CMS platforms including Builder.io, Webflow, and Sanity and oversee publishing workflows and quality control
  • Implement SEO strategies across technical and content-driven approaches to increase organic traffic and search rankings
  • Optimize copy, metadata, headings, and internal linking for search visibility and ensure new content follows SEO best practices
  • Analyze user behavior and site performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot) to improve conversion rates and UX
  • Develop and maintain a website content calendar aligned with company milestones and product launches
  • Manage relationships with external developers, designers, and contractors for site maintenance and enhancements
  • Serve as a stakeholder for web-related security, compliance, and accessibility best practices
  • Stay up to date on industry trends in tokenization, web3 UX, and digital marketing
