Account Executive
About the Role
You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, selling a unified payments and deposit solution. You will build, manage, and forecast pipeline, run high-quality discovery conversations, and deliver tailored demos to senior technical and business stakeholders. You will represent the voice of the customer and communicate feedback to influence product direction. You will operate with enterprise sales frameworks, manage CRM forecasting and reporting, and take full ownership of deals from qualification to close.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fintech with a proven track record as a closing Account Executive
- Experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or adjacent fintech products
- Proven ability to sell technical products to both technical and business buyers
- Enterprise sales mentality using frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, or Consultative Selling
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong judgment, executive presence, deal ownership, high energy, and willingness to take initiative
- Experience with crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products or customers (nice to have)
- Experience selling APIs, developer tools, or platform products (nice to have)
- Prior experience as a founding or early Account Executive (nice to have)
