Business Development Manager Global Sales

About the Role

You will originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that expand stablecoin, tokenized assets, and crypto brokerage offerings. You will drive 0 to 1 commercialization by coordinating with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Compliance. You will build go-to-market plans for banks, brokerages, and financial institutions, and navigate regulatory, InfoSec, and compliance reviews while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in business development strategic partnerships or enterprise sales in fintech financial services or digital assets
  • Proven track record of originating and closing complex multi party multi year deals with financial institutions and enterprise platforms
  • Experience taking new crypto products from 0 to 1 with deep cross functional collaboration
  • Fluency in stablecoins tokenization and money movement economics
  • Comfortable operating in regulated environments and navigating partner risk InfoSec and compliance reviews
  • Excellent executive presence and communication
