Director of Sales Payments
About the Role
You will own and execute the payments sales strategy across EMEA. You will target payments businesses, prospect and qualify opportunities, conduct territory and account planning, and work closely with regional sales, BDRs, sales engineers, and the product team. You will manage CRM activity, build relationships with prospects and customers, close complex enterprise deals, and, as you demonstrate success, recruit and scale a sales team.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience of the Payments space in EMEA
- Enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience selling into Payments
- Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred
- Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motions with technology partners preferred
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Proven track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales
- Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
- Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
- Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment
- Fluent in English
