General Manager, Stablecoins and Payment Networks

About the Role

You will serve as the executive sponsor and commercial owner for Stablecoins and Payment Networks, driving revenue growth and deal execution. You will originate and close high-value institutional partnerships, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, align client feedback with product direction, coordinate across product, BD, marketing, and engineering, and represent the organization at industry events and with regulators.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15+ years in payments, banking, or technology sales into financial services
  • Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar institutional deals
  • Demonstrated success across stablecoins and digital payments value chain
  • Deep expertise in one or more of stablecoins, tokenized deposits, or CBDCs
  • Experience developing GTM strategy and defining product requirements
  • Strong technical literacy in blockchain and distributed ledger technology
  • Prior experience in fintech or digital asset infrastructure is preferred
