Head of Americas
About the Role
You will lead the Americas go-to-market efforts, owning regional revenue, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics. You will build and scale a high-performing GTM organization, develop segmentation and territory plans, and drive top-of-funnel generation through campaigns and events. You will manage complex enterprise deals from prospecting to close, establish partner ecosystems to accelerate adoption, and work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer use cases into product roadmaps and commercial packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or digital asset technology in commercial leadership roles
- Proven success building and leading GTM teams across new business, account management, and partner channels
- Demonstrated experience selling to and partnering with financial institutions and fintechs in the Americas
- Expertise in complex enterprise deal-making including multi-party negotiations and commercial structuring
- Strong operational rigor with command of GTM metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management; proficient with modern sales and marketing tech stacks
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to influence at C-level
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Americas go-to-market organization with clear targets, dashboards, and operating cadences
- Own regional revenue, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics
- Develop and execute the Americas growth strategy including segmentation, ICP definition, territory planning, and coverage models
- Build and deepen executive-level relationships with customers and strategic partners to unlock co-selling, integrations, and scaled distribution
- Drive top-of-funnel generation through integrated campaigns, events, and thought leadership
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from prospecting through negotiation and close and establish repeatable playbooks for solution selling
- Establish and manage a partner ecosystem that accelerates adoption and monetization of products in the Americas
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer use cases and market feedback into product roadmaps and commercial packages
