Head of GTM
About the Role
You will own and operate the revenue engine for the 0x API. You will lead and align Sales, DevRel, Support, BD, and Product Marketing to meet shared revenue goals, set pipeline targets, and produce reliable forecasts. You will design and run demand generation programs, build partner relationships, and negotiate strategic deals. You will convert customer learnings into product insights and iterate on pricing and commercial terms to maximize adoption. You will select and maintain the GTM tech stack and dashboards to measure funnel performance and CAC.
Requirements
- Experience leading GTM, Sales, or Business Development functions or as a General Manager overseeing business growth
- Proven enterprise sales experience with knowledge of Product-Led Growth strategies
- Demonstrated success activating and scaling partner channels
- Experience at Tier‑1 companies and/or startups that have scaled significantly
- Knowledge and passion for decentralized finance
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Rigorous research and project management skills
- High ethical standards and sound judgment
Responsibilities

- Define ICPs and market segments
- Craft positioning, narrative, pricing, and commercial terms
- Develop demand generation programs
- Select and maintain CRM and marketing-automation tools
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards
- Develop partner and customer relationships and negotiate deals
- Feed customer learnings into the product roadmap
