Marketing Manager LATAM

About the Role

You will localize and scale go-to-market activity across Latin America. You will build regional marketing plans tied to pipeline and revenue targets, refine target account lists, run ABM campaigns, design partner and field marketing programs, produce localized content and product marketing materials, own event strategy and regional PR, measure pipeline influence, and enable sales with region-ready decks and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in B2B marketing with experience in LATAM fintech payments or adjacent infrastructure
  • Proven experience with ABM and enterprise marketing that influences pipeline
  • Ability to translate technical concepts such as stablecoins onchain payments and APIs into clear value for buyers
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish Portuguese strongly preferred
  • Practical fluency with CRM marketing automation analytics and AI content or translation workflows
  • Based in LATAM or ability to frequently travel within the region and travel ~25–40%
  • Experience starting from first principles and shipping programs solo before scaling
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with BD Product Legal Compliance and Design

Responsibilities

  • Build the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Define objectives budgets and quarterly calendars for the region
  • Refine ICPs and named account lists and run ABM campaigns
  • Design co-marketing programs with strategic partners including announcements case studies webinars and events
  • Translate and adapt messaging proof points one-pagers pricing narratives and demos for local buyers
  • Produce market-specific explainers regulatory primers and customer stories
  • Own LATAM event strategy including flagship conferences roadshows and roundtables
  • Coordinate regional PR and earned moments with HQ and agencies
  • Measure and report on pipeline influence and iterate programs
  • Build regional sales decks talk tracks objection handling and case studies
  • Source and manage regional agencies vendors and specialists
  • Feed market signals such as customer pain regulatory shifts and competitor intel back to HQ
