Product Lead Experience Platform

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end experience for enterprise customers and their users. You will design and deliver onboarding, dashboards, integrations, and developer tools that simplify stablecoin and tokenized asset operations. You will build SDKs, APIs, and documentation to enable enterprise integrations, scale self-service B2B interfaces, partner with commercial and support teams to convert insights into product improvements, and continuously optimize customer flows for payments, conversions, and asset management.

Requirements

  • Product management experience with a track record of shipping B2B SaaS or fintech experiences
  • Deep experience collaborating with UX and UI designers and engineering
  • User-centric design focus and experience with data-driven product improvement
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, engagement, and retention metrics in enterprise environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience building developer platforms, APIs, or financial services products
  • Preferred: Background in payments, enterprise fintech, or onboarding and KYC
  • Preferred: Familiarity working with enterprise clients and complex workflows

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the vision for customer-facing experiences across onboarding, dashboards, and integrations
  • Simplify stablecoin and tokenized asset operations to drive adoption and retention
  • Build developer tools, SDKs, APIs, and documentation for enterprise integration
  • Evolve self-service dashboards and B2B UI to support no-code customer flexibility
  • Partner with commercial, support, and customer success teams to turn insights into product improvements
  • Continuously improve customer flows for payments, conversions, and asset management across enterprise segments
