Product Marketer (DeFi)
About the Role
You will lead on-chain marketing and go-to-market efforts for DeFi products. You will own product positioning, messaging and narrative, translate complex on-chain mechanics into clear user-facing value, and design growth experiments to drive measurable product usage, engagement and retention. You will run multi-channel campaigns, engage communities and partners, track performance through KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a DeFi protocol or on-chain product
- Proven track record of bringing DeFi products to market and driving user acquisition and retention
- Experience with B2C growth and B2B partnership development
- Ability to lead end-to-end strategy and execution of full-funnel demand generation campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and iterating based on results
- Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution, campaign performance metrics, and MarTech infrastructure
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Craft and execute multi-channel campaigns across organic content, paid efforts, and growth loops
- Lead go-to-market plans for new protocol launches, features, and network expansions
- Track marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics
