Sales Account Director - Public Sector (Eastern Europe)

About the Role

You will own and drive the full sales cycle for public sector national security, law enforcement, and defense customers across Eastern Europe. You will map accounts and stakeholders, generate pipeline through targeted prospecting, run tailored product demonstrations and trials, respond to RFx and procurement processes, and close large enterprise contracts. You will nurture relationships to secure renewals, upsells, and agency-wide partnerships while gathering and communicating customer feedback to influence product and program direction. You will operate with urgency across a distributed region and adapt to complex procurement timelines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or intelligence solutions into national security defense or law enforcement
  • 5+ years selling into Eastern European national security defense or law enforcement communities
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with senior government intelligence and law enforcement leaders
  • Consultative selling and storytelling skills to build value led propositions
  • Experience owning full cycle enterprise deals from pipeline through negotiation and close
  • Ability to operate autonomously across distributed teams and adapt to shifting regional priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

  • Map accounts and identify stakeholders across national security law enforcement and defense organizations
  • Prospect and build pipeline across Eastern Europe
  • Plan and execute scalable territory and account strategies
  • Own customer relationships and manage lifecycle activities including renewals and upsells
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations trials and advisory sessions
  • Respond to RFx and procurement processes under tight timelines
  • Close six and seven figure enterprise deals
  • Capture and communicate customer feedback to internal teams
