Senior Account Executive

About the Role

You will own and scale revenue by selling Halliday's payments and financial infrastructure products. You will manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, build and forecast pipeline, and run tailored discovery and demos for senior technical and business stakeholders. You will represent customers' needs to product teams and take end-to-end ownership of deals, using enterprise sales frameworks and CRM systems to manage forecast and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fintech with a strong track record as a closing Account Executive
  • Experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or adjacent fintech products
  • Proven ability to sell technical products to both technical and business buyers
  • Enterprise sales mentality and experience with frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, or Consultative Selling
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong judgment, executive presence, and deal ownership
  • Competitive team player with high energy and initiative
  • Nice to have: experience with crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products or customers
  • Nice to have: experience selling APIs, developer tools, or platform products
  • Nice to have: prior experience as a founding or early Account Executive
