About the Role
You will direct the business development and sales process and develop the enterprise value proposition for Tide products. You will increase revenues by closing deals with agencies and corporate clients, recruit and manage the sales and marketing team, and attend relevant industry events. You will collaborate with the CEO to set organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels, and support the CEO and CTO in defining the product roadmap. You will use analysis and performance metrics to diagnose problems and foresee potential issues. You should be proactive, entrepreneurial, and passionate about web3.
Requirements
- Pro-active and entrepreneurial experience in sales and business development in the marketing or advertising industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking
