Senior Manager, Business Development

About the Role

You will build a business around integrating stablecoin technology into merchant acceptance, payout, and settlement flows. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to take products from concept to launch to scale. You will develop go-to-market strategies, navigate regulatory requirements with legal partners, negotiate and close strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, and align stakeholders to ensure successful execution and scaling.

Requirements

  • Strong experience selling B2B enterprise technology into domestic and global enterprises
  • Experience building products in regulated environments
  • Experience working in fast-moving dynamic industries
  • Experience launching new products from 0 to 1 in fintech financial services or digital assets
  • Comfortable with a 60/40 base-to-bonus compensation model

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies with clear goals timelines and milestones
  • Navigate regulatory landscapes and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal
  • Negotiate contracts and close strategic partnerships with enterprise customers
  • Align with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize objectives and resources
  • Drive product launches from concept to scale through cross-functional collaboration
