Senior Manager, Business Development

About the Role

You will source, negotiate, and close partnerships with executives at traditional and crypto-native financial institutions. You will help clients launch new fintech, payments, and financial products from 0 to 1. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, solutions engineering, product marketing, legal, and finance to build and take solutions to market. You will operate in regulated environments, travel across Europe to attend conferences, and deepen your knowledge of blockchain and enterprise cryptocurrency.

Requirements

  • Experience launching new products in fintech financial services or digital assets from 0 to 1
  • Significant experience in Financial Services Payments or Crypto
  • Proven track record selling B2B enterprise technology into European enterprises
  • Experience selling in regulated environments
  • Experience selling in fast moving and dynamic industries
  • Knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem and stablecoins (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Sandler sales methodology and Salesforce (preferred)
